Times, penalties, bookings
Penalties for cancellation by the consumer
- 10% of the price up to 30 days before the start of the trip;
- 20% of the price from 29 to 15 days before the start of the trip;
- 30% of the price from 14 to 9 days before the start of the trip;
- 50% of the price from 8 to 4 days before the start of the trip;
- After this date: 100% for stays up to 7 nights; 75% for stays from 8 to 14 nights; 60% for stays longer than 14 nights.
Check-in and check-out
Free stay minimum 3 nights from 16:00-20:00/ ore 10:30
The customers who have booked their stay at our residence and due to requirements related to the ship or aircraft will arrive in the hotel after the check-in ie 20:00 are asked to contact the front desk or mobile phone number indicated on the web site at least one day prior to their arrival.
Arrivals not allowed after 11pm
Booking conditions
The full amount will be charged to the credit card at the time of booking, excluding incidental costs to be paid locally. In special cases it is possible to pay by bank transfer to:
