Rates
- 10% discount for stays of at least 7 nights
- Service package: included in the price, for on-site assistance, flat rate consumptions, air conditioning, bed and bathroom linen with weekly change and final cleaning, satellite TV in the apartment, free wifi in common areas and apartments, use of the equipped swimming pool, use of the barbecue and covered parking space
Costs to be paid on-site
- Final cleaning: € 50 Studio apartment, € 70 Two room apartment, € 90 Three room apartment, € 100 Four room apartment;
- The cleaning of the kitchenette, dishes and kitchen equipment is the responsibility of the customer, otherwise € 25 will be charged.
- Deposit: € 250 per apartment, upon authorization by credit card.
